Custom race memento frame

Product Overview:

This product is custom-made and will vary from customer to customer. The minimum requirements for the product are GPX files, photographs, mementos or other items to be added to the frame. We create frames with mementos from races that customers want to remember. We also create custom 3D-printed route profiles made from your GPX files. These profiles can include the duration, elevation and time ridden on nameplates. The 3D-printed profiles can be 100-200mm in diameter when viewed from above and 20mm high. Customers can also send us their photographs to be included in the frame. They can also courier or bring in medals, number boards or other objects that would realistically fit, such as bottles or a T-shirt. We will communicate with customers regarding frame colours, layouts and sizes of photographs and route profiles. The price is most dependent on the type of frame and the surface area of the product. The example provided was a 700x700mm frame with eight 100mm area route profiles, which would cost approximately R3500.00 excluding shipping. However, as stated, the price can vary significantly based on the items included in the frame.

Design Process:

- Contact us via email.

- We will then gather details about the desired frame, including the size of the route profiles, the number of photographs to be added and whether you want to send us items like a number board. We will handle the printing of photographs.

- We will then provide you with available frame types and colours.

- After selecting the frame specifications, we will work on the layout and final design. A final quote will be calculated and provided to the customer within two business days. (Please note that the final invoice may be slightly higher or lower than the original quote.)

- We will require a 50% upfront payment of the original quote value to commence manufacturing the frame.

- Depending on courier times and delays in the shipment of raw materials, it may take up to 15 business days to complete your order. However, normal manufacturing times would be closer to 7 business days.

- After completing the frame, we will send photos and videos for your approval.

- The customer must then pay the final outstanding amount of the final invoice before we will ship the frame to them.
